Having watched that, I realised that it is no good locking people up for their crimes and throwing away the key. The failure is in teaching moral values. You have to programme children to behave properly and morally from an early age. The policeman had it spot on. The failure is society and schools not the courts and police. Its too late by the time theyre involved.....

The main failure is the parents.

Anyone who cannot demontrate sufficient moral sense should be sterilised so as to prevent them producing more of the same.
