Default Recommend a restaurant in Cardiff

Off to Cardiff this weekend & I need to book up a couple of restaurants. One for Saturday night & one on Sunday evening.

Any recommendations?

Ideally would like one serving local dishes, but don't mind Italian\continental\Thai cuisine.

Cheers!

Loads of good ones in and around cardiff, my favs are:

1. Tiger bay Thai in the bay - http://www.tigerbayrestaurant.co.uk/
2. Porto's Restaurant on st marys street cardiff
3. Bistro 10 - cardiff bay
4. Benedicto's in central cardiff - price warning here but one of the best!!!

There is also a very nice indian in the bay - name escapes me.

Have fun

Thanks, i'll have a look. i was also looking at the following:

Armless Dragon
In Fusion
Scallops

For a snack on Sunday evening:
Demiros

Do you know any of these?

BTW - Is it walking distance from the millenium stadium area to the cardiff bay area?

Take a taxi, lets say you may end up in an area where you might be approached.

Taxi or bus ride (dedicated bay bus), but it is only a 5 minute drive away.
Nice chinease across the road from the stadium, cant remeber name but went there on my stag do a few years ago, owned by an ex welsh rugby player but very nice.

Benedictos is very good and just around the corner. If full a taxi to the Armless dragon is worth it as well.
