I tried to pay for something with Paypal last night and it said i had reached my sending limit??? Is that just for this month??

You need to get Varified to increase your limit - you have to send stuff like credit card details & your phone number IIRC. It's all on the website.
It's a bit of a pain really, they add a pound or so onto your credit card bill and you have to wait until you get your next bill and take the code that appears next to the deposit they made and then upload it to the site. Can take ages...

Do it with a credit card you have access to online.... you can then log in and get the code without waiting for your statement.
