Hi

Have currently got one of those fridge/beer cooler things under my desk as browsing scoobynet is thirsty work. However recently it's started to make odd creaking noises every so often. Is it anything to do with the fact it's currently empty ? Anything i can check?

Mine makes odd noises from time to time - but still keeps my beer plenty cold so havent worried about it too much

So does mine....I think its just the refrigerant gurgling in the compressor or something.

Mine doesn't seem to keep my beer too cold and ices up quickly. Dodgy door seal ?

Thanks for the replies. It seems to have been worse since it was empty so i guess i better buy some beer

More to the point, what the HELL were you thinking of by letting it get empty in the first place?

If it's under your desk give it a good boot that'll sort it out.
