Great.. so I now have to speak in syllables or Punjabi to discuss my bills! I buy British gas yet I receive nothing British at all. I apologise but as a British consumer buying from a British supplier I expect to be serviced by a British media... I've nothing against India flourishing in their new found customer service environment but they don't have the answers to our questions do they because they are thousands of miles from where my electricity is being produced and delivered.

BG have been downsizing their Solihull bases for years now.
I should know as I had to rip out all of the old a/c units from their old offices (sold and demolished for residential deveolpment)
