v5 not signed by buyer?

v5 not signed by buyer?
Sold my Westie on Saturday, just going to post off the V5 this morning and noticed that the buyer hadn't signed section 8, he's fully filled in section 6 with name, address etc.
So my options are to post it to him for him to sign, or send it straight to the DVLA?
Any views? Tried ringing the DVLA but never actually managed to speak to a real person!
regards,
Greg

Just send it to the DVLA. I sold a golf 6 months ago and the V5 got lost in the post. In the end I sent them a letter confirming change of ownership without a signature from the other guy and they sorted it.

Hi Greg
Yeah just send it straight to Swansea as in real life they understand it is not always possible to get them signed anyway.
On another matter any idea where I might be able to get a 'proper' in car holder/charger for an iPAQ hw6515?
Cheers

cheers Tony,
I've used Brodit mounts for years, do the trick, not cheap, but the actual holder is made exactly for the car type.
