I,m looking to add satnav to my dell axim

what do i need to get it up and running..

my axim dosent have bluetooth, but had provision for both sd & cf cards..

i have seen loads of *cough" backup *cough* disks advertised on eblay

but i would guess most need to link to the sat to activate...

can anyone advise what i actually need to put satnav on my pda

Basically:

GPS software (TomTom v5 for example)
In car mounting system (a cradle that sticks / clips onto the dasboard somewhere) which includes and amplifier speaker
Wired GPS mouse (the receiver for the satellite signals) which usually plugs into the cradle you just bought... the PDA plugs into the connector at the base of the cradle
Extra Memory - min 512Mb if your getting TomTom5)

All this can be got as a bundle deal - my wife bought the whole lot in a single go for her Dell Axim and has found it to be a Godsend when she is travelling around as part of her job.
