Hi all !

Just out of curiosity.... You purchase something from ebay and the guy who sells you the item leaves you postive feeback, but when the item arrives its not as described and he wont resolve the issue. what do you do.... Obviously haven given him the time to sort the matter out and he wont you obviously leave negative feedback.

My question then... if he has already left you positive feeback can he then give you a reply or indeed any kind of negative feedback which will lower your ebay feedback rating ?

The reason I ask is becasue I have a 100% rating and if I thought this would change by this transaction I wouldnt bother leaving feedback for him at all, but surely that aint right either as others need to be made aware this seller isnt 100% trustworthy.

he can respond to the feedback you leave him, which will go below what you have said about him, but he can't leave you any feedback if he's already done it,

imo don't worry about it, neg him now :-)

As said by Warwick-hunt, he can reply to your -ve feedback if you leave it, which you should if he has had enough time to resolve your issue.

He can't however now ruin your 100% feedback if he has already left +ve.
