Is anyone on here watching this show? It's all about Royal Mail and what goes on behind the scenes. It makes me so angry that they have no respect for our mail. I'm sure that there are a lot of good postmen and women out there but these guys are making everyone look bad. As a business owner who heavily relies on the mail system this makes me so angry - yes we can claim the cost of the postage for the mail that goes missing but can't claim the cost of what's inside unless it's a special delivery.

If you're near a TV it's worth a look......

Don't get me started. I've had birthday cards go missing, one took 11 days to arrive and it had been opened too. Thieving gits!

Made me laugh at their 'impressive' claim at the end...

99.93% of the 22 billion things posted every year arrive safely.

That's still 1.54 billion not arriving.

Useless, thieving scumbags

Yeah I've been watching this programme aswell, it just goes to show what goes on between our post leaving one persons hand before it gets in to ours, I have alot of post sent to me by recorded delivery and I'm always waiting for things to arrive that I have bought, as soon as I have bought something I am wondering why it is a day late, well now I have right to worry where it is or who has is and if I am going to receive it or not. How people can be so disrespectful I will never know, I dunno how they sleep at nights, Horlicks perhaps , the people who do this as a kick are spoiling it for the genuine postmen and postwomen in that job.

Now alot of people aren't going to trust Royal Mail, well thats if anyone did in the first place, coz they arent reliable, it's always the best things and most important things that you can't wait to receive that go missing, never the monthly bills.

We spend loads with them each month, as I've said before I wish there was another mail service as I'd use them instead.
