I,m trying to find the name of an old English house from the 18/19th century.
Its called something like Eathon Newton and was designed by someone with a name like Machael Hatherstone or something.

Are you talking about Easton Neston? Designed by Nicholas Hawksmoor who worked for Christopher Wren.

Apart from the fact that I would have had to guess the correct spelling of both names and the completely different name of the designer, and that googling anything to do with Christopher Wren gets millions of pages about St Pauls, it obviously must have been easy to google.
Methinks you'd already heard of this stately home...
