Hi Folks
Heading of to the Lakes tomorrow morning and we need a heads up on the Campsites in and around Bowness on Windermere.
We would love to stay within walking distance of Bowness or as close as possible.
Checked Yell.co.uk and google but they dont show me anything all that close by...perhaps thats cause there isnt?? Hope Im wrong

Any advice would be great

Limefitt Park is poss the only option if you want to walk to Bowness- but I'm not sure if they allow tents or just caravans.
