Paypal is a bit of a black art to me..... I have a Paypal account for e-bay bits and pieces. A company owe me £30 and want to send amount to my Paypal account. They work on e-bay but this for a non e-bay item. What information do I need to send them? I can't seem to find the Paypal equivalent of an account number. All I have is my user name and password? just send them the email address for you paypal acc.

You can send a "demand" for money to anybody with an e-mail address. If they have a paypal account then it all should work pretty easily, if not they will be asked to set an account up.
