went to the IMAX in manchester to see it last week, and thought it was excellent
really enjoyed the whole story of how he got to where he was, and the reasons behind it. liam neeson had another padawen disciple as well, so easy to confuse starwars & batman
batman was head & shoulders over the cack that the starwars films have become though, but saying that, my 8 yo son loves em, so mr. lucas has reached his target audience.

funny thing happened that night as I was dozing off to sleep too:
*spoiler alert*
In batman, when he's in the cave for the first time as an adult, after coming back from the monastry, and the bats attack again, swarm all over him, and he embraces it, that scene sent a shiver down my spine
So I'm in bed, dozing off, and next thing, I can feel bats swarming around me, for the briefest moment, and my arm involuntaraly swipes upwards to shoo them away
I know, it was a long day

Good film

chris.
