MOT Query
Have a quick question for anyone in the know out there
I have front fog lights on my car (a 1995 Punto) which were optional at the time of purchase. One of the mounts for the offside light broke some time ago, the result of which was that I removed the light unit altogether (leaving just a single front foglight).
Given that the lights are optional, and that the offending unit has been removed, will the vehicle pass?
Thanks in advance...

If theyre fitted, they have to operate correctly. Having said this front fog lights arent part of the test, but a single light is bound to be noticed. Id remove the remaining lamp to be sure.
