The Apprentice (US)

Unless this isn't a repeat I think you'll find the Brit version was a watered down UK version of the Trump one. This was on BBC2 early this year/late last year and preceeded the UK Apprentice by a fair bit.

I don't know... All the candidates managed to reinforce the American stereotype for me. And as for coming out with the comment:
"Well I've worked out there will be one of two outcomes. We'll either win or lose".
No **** sherlock. Clearly not the sharpest tools in the box.
And all that 'whooping' and when they cracked open the champagne. Bunch of kids!

Why is it called the Apprentice when half of them are Lawyers, Venture Capitalists, and MDs already? I thought the point was to hire someone who wasn't already successful, but was still learning, i.e. an Apprentice?
I watched the opening credits and it most definately reinforced my stereotype of america, "We are the best, New York is the best, I am the best, you can have your own learjet and be like me, bladybladyblah", and switched off. I enjoyed the first series, but it seems to have gone OTT.

I saw the UK version and was hooked.
I was very sceptical of the US version for reasons already stated above but it seems you can’t have any US programme without the pretty and successful unless it’s that COPS programme. I like to see through the BS and watch the social interaction. They are so up themselves that it’s funny to watch.
What was wrong with ‘Scaryspice’ Is she on drugs, I do hope so?

I was hooked on the UK Apprentice and thought this would be worth a watch, after 10 minutes of being bored $hitless I decided that was enough and no more!
