Agricultural tax or PLG?
I'm thinking of getting one of those road legal quads that some of you may have seen, (or just look on ebay/autotrader).
The question is not specific to a quad bike, but if I buy one that is registered with the DVLA as agricultural, can I change it to PLG, and if so, how easy is it?
I'm sure if I rode one around on agricultural tax, I would get no end of grief from the BiB's, so may as well spend a few quid and avoid any hassle.

Doesn't agricultural tax restrict it to within a certain distance from the farm it's registered to? You're right about it not being worth the hassle but on the flip side how often do you see police patrols anyway?
