I can't get it to work, but there is another site that companies can subscribe to that gives exact locations of their employees. Last time I looked, it does send a text message to the telephone say that it is part of the network.
As I mentioned before, a few years ago I was working with technology to spam your mobile phone with text coupons for shops and you walked past them. Very cool, but quite scary...
