Spinners? :D
Is this what they're called?
Saw my first set to today on a BMW 4X4..I have to admit it caught my eye as I could only see the front hub cap revolving as the rear one had stopped.
What the hell is it all about. I've spent the last 22 years driving cars trying to get rid of weight not add it....do they improve performance?
And surely if you have to have them they should at least both keep going rather than one fizzling out at the traffic lights.
