Seen this in the adverts...

You either have Ham, which is PORK or

Ham is made from hocks of pork that are cured in brine (and various other 'secret' ingredients) for anything up to a couple of months.
I assume Turkey ham is what you get when you do the same with turkey legs?

Real burgers were originally made of cows from the German city of Hamburg, which were fed in accordance with the ancient by-law there that allows cows to graze in the city-centre parks. As referred to in that slightly less famous JFK speach "Ich bin ein Hamburger".

Everything else is beefburgers, except certain fast-food outlets, which can only be called burgers on account of not being able to (or wanting to) identify what is inside them.

All they do to make turkey ham is to mince/mix the cured pork and turkey meat together, then just pump it into a bag or mould and cook, and that's how you get turkey ham. Here end'th the lesson.
