I should be in the Sunday Independent tomorrow :)
I was one of 6 people that did a stress test in Harley Street on Friday for a feature they are doing to look at the stress levels in a range of 'busy young Londoners'.
not certain who the other people are, or their results, although the guy after me was a yoga teacher
the technology was very impressive, as was the psychobabble. all pretty much spot on.
I got a six out of 10, which is basically just inside the 'good' zone between good and not so good, although showing a tendency that it is falling. not surprising really given how stressful a year I have had so far.
should make for interesting reading

It's a fair cop, guv.
Have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by some of the content, but its still not a patch on Sunday Times
