Off down to Lords for a couple of days to watch the Cricket tomorrow. Staying in the Primrose Hill area; can anybody recommend any decent bars or restaurants close by?

I do like the Pembroke for chilling out with a pint

lemonia restaurant, very nice or sardo canali - also very nice.

neither is cheap.

pub wise, the engineer - also great food - is ooopsite sardo canali. (could have spelling of canali wrong).

BTW if going to lords, you could look at belisize park for pubs and restaurants too as it is about as close as primrose hill.

Many thanks; both The Engineer and The Pembroke appear to be on the same road about two minutes from where we are staying so I dare say we’ll have a few bevvies in each tomorrow!

The restaurants sound good also, so thanks for that.
