Well judging by the fact that they have websites, I would say most of them are still out there, with a lower profile than they once did and still working in one way or another
I met Gary Newman at a track day my brother arranged a few years ago. He was a top bloke ( and his wife was a good laugh too) Apparently he has a huge following in the states although he is less main stream ove here, which they were quite happy with as they could lead a relatively normal life at home bust still rake in the dosh overseas. Sounds like the best of both worlds to me.
