Tonight I gave up alcohol.
I judst drank coke and orange and redbull but whilst walking home to get all cigerette smell out of my tshirt I have decided to not drink even redbull anymore cos I think all the sugar will rot my teeth and I won't feel bad in the morning as well and it only cost a half as much as usual which is good cos Im broke

On a serious note, all fizzy drinks are bad for your teeth. Coke is like acid, it strips the enamel coating
I stopped after my last 'series' of dentist visits, however its only after you give up fizzy drinks do you realise how few non-fizzy drinks there are.

Forget about what it does to your teeth - think of the chemical imbalances 6+ teaspoons of sugar per can do when its dumped straight into your bloodstream!
And Doctors wonder why diabetes is on the increase
And don't think diet drinks work either - saccharin does as much damage as alcohol, and Sucralose is no better.

Not good feedback here. In the last week I have drank well over 2 litres of Red Bull, and been popping Pro-Plus like viagra!
So far im upto 22 hours and no sleep and have an exam in 1 hour!
Kam-buzzing!

I did this yesterday, drank masses of water and it got absorbed into me in seconds. Took all day + a late afternoon nap to recover. Then i done it again last nite and just woke up feelin the same, but no work so it should be easier.
And its cup final day so its all gonna happen again today too

I bought a new corkscrew on Thursday -- the old one wore out -- one of those "Rabbit" type jobs...only cost me 18 quid and the "performance" is truly excellent. Best 18 quid I've ever spent but the downside is that I'm opening and consuming even more of the electro collapso. No, I really shouldn't complain
