What would you do differently if you
were born today??
I would have stretched myself more when buying properties in my 20's ... I always took the cautious approach and should have been braver.

I'd hate it. Who knows whats in the future? I'm pretty satisfied with my life so far, and its not been a barrel of laughs but hopfully I'm learning and constantly improving and making it better, sure wouldn't like to go back a re-do it all again. No siree.

I wouldn't have passed that bus on the Ravenhill road in 1998.
I don't think I would do anything differently. Sure I can see choices I made that might have made me a multi millionaire had I made different choices, but I can also see choices I made that didn't leave me bankrupt. Pete - Did they have property when you were in your 20's? What would your plan be..... Looking for a buy to let cave mortgage?

Be less criminally shy around girls 
..
Be less cautious with a lot of things i.e. cars, houses, girls, holidays etc
Be in a different job (I do like mine - sofwtare engineer) but would try something different ..

I don't think I would want to change all that much really, I can think of a few details that I would prefer to have done differently of course, I bet most of us feel like that.
I consider that I have had a very interesting life so far even if it has not made me money rich.
