Can you set SKY to change channels?

I can tape SKY by having my Sony dvd recorder set to L1 then flick through each SKY channel and tape it directly.
But can i set SKY to change channel while i'm at work?

If u have normal sky, u can use autoview in the tv planner for that still cant you? Im not sure as Ive had sky+ for ages now.

or if you had bought the toshiba dvd recorder it will change the sky channel for you.
