Best mobile phone offer?
I know this comes up time and again, but they keep changing their offers... so:
My contract with Vodafone is now up, so it's shopping around time again. My current plan is about £20/month and includes more free minutes than I ever use, plus I already have a perfectly good phone that I have no need to upgrade.
So, all I want to do, is save some cash and keep my number. If I commit to another 12 months, Vodafone have offered me 6 months 1/2 price line rental (saves me £60) plus a free upgrade after 6 months. (What does a 'free' phone fetch on Ebay these days?)
Does that sound like a reasonable offer, or is there something better out there? PAYG is a hassle I could do without, but if it saves me enough then maybe that's the way to go?
