Got pulled for driving with no number plates!

Got pulled for driving with no number plates!
Didn't get done though as it was totally legal!
On way to a SVA test and saw Police Battenberg Omega sharking about, he came past, eyeballed the car and let me over take him, than came past again and put his blues on.
Was very satisfying to answer his "so where's you number plates son?" with dont need em i'm on my way to an SVA, showed him the booking details, he glanced in the car said "very nice" and let me on my way, nice smug grin as i drove past the VOSA number plate checking van a bit further up the road too!!
