Getting money back from PayPal........
I ordered something for the scoob, haven't received item or any correspondence for a few week despite several e-mails being sent.
Whilst I'm sure the matter will get resolved how do I go about getting my money back if I never receive the goods and can't contact the seller?
Anyone successfully got money back? Is it a real PITA? As the item was less than £50.00 is it worth bothering?
Any comments welcome
Chris

Nah, not off ebay but will have a read of the site later, was just wondering if people had experience of claiming money back or if it's not worth the hassle for a small "ish" amount.

If you paid via PayPal with a credit card, don't bother with ebay or PayPal buyer protection schemes (they are a pain in the ****, and worthless IMHO), go straight to your credit card company. They may say that it's not their policy to investigate on transactions of less than £100, but if you kick up a stink and tell them you'll close the account, they will probably sort it out straight away. This has worked for me more than once.
If you didn't pay by credit card, probably best to write off the transaction as a bad experience.
