They were mainly chavs who had got lucky.

I LMFAO at the couple who thought that buying their house on their dirty council estate made them middle class.

As for those wanting to move abroad - let 'em go. They're chavs.

We haven't left yet. We are still waiting for a recession/house price crash so we can buy a bloody house

As I sold more than one property there wasn't a single month that I 'cashed in'. However the last flat in Hove went for £165,000 last January, since then the prices have slowly declined to the point where the same flat ie in the same building is now on the market for £135,000 and isn't selling.
All three properties down south went at the peak of the market, great isn't it?

Did I mention I bought the flat in Hove for 40K in 1998?

IMO, all you people who "cashed in" on the property market, and especially the Right To Buy, have raped the younger generation, and now all you want to do is f*ck off out of the country and leave us to deal with it.
