A great day for England!
I am so happy that Labour won - I couldn't have faced a 90-style Tories atmosphere.
Bloody shocks me that people still think that Tories are the answer.
Well done, Tony and Co.

hey. it's not all doom and gloom ... just think -
1. critically, the tory vote is now showing healthy signs of life
2. with his job done, howard will pass the baton on to a charismatic and young new leader like david cameron
3. the NL vote is on the decline
4. blair will be gone inside of 12 months and like a fly to ****, will leave the country for a gravy train job in another useless institution like the EU or the UN
5. brown doesn't want to join the euro
6. NL will inevitably be voted out in may 2009 as brown's tax and spend old labour profligacy hits home
7. NL once again consigned to the familiar wasteland of inelectable socialism
four years will go by fast. this is the final chapter of the blair project, rotting as it is - like a fish - from the head down.
so sit back and watch them implode. bit by bit.

And you think continuing the Labour regime is the answer????
Conservative was and never will be the True answer to the UK's problems, but neither will the Lib Dems, BNP, UKIP or LABOUR!!!
Labour losing meant there would be change which IMO is good, as things cannot continue as they are.
What has happened today has just Guaranteed that things will contiune as they are...same ****e for another term...proabably worse
you know what...I wish I had blinkers, what is it they say???
ahh yes...ignorance is bliss
