Default Visa debit card vs visa credit card.

Hi
Return flight with easyjet.
£57.72 visa C/C.
£53.72 visa D/C

Any reason not to use debit card, does one offer more built in insurance or more add on benefits?

cheers
Paul.

depends on the cc - some have insurance, some don't...check your t+c's

you can dispute items easier with a credit card.....for lower amounts, some cc companies just give you the money back without a fuss....you have to prove the case tho etc etc...thats the main difference between them..

Are you booking over the net? I'd NEVER use my debit card for any web purchase...

Purely as a precaution... You can be connected to the most secure site in the world but if a key logger or some other scam crap is on your PC it'll still get you. I'd rather use the cover thats available with my Barclaycard which covers you completely against fraud. Wouldn't risk my current account being emptied.
