You should be getting into the pits in just over 3 second, then click all the red squares till about 9 seconds in order to finish in 12 ish. Need to be faster on the squares to get 11s.
Just got 12.125

Tips :
Guess when the green light will go.
Get into the pits in one go, let go of the mouse just after the white arrow and let it glide in
Be quick on the red squares, when u have clicked three u know where the next two are coming
Took about 20 attempts to get in the 11`s crikey knows whos got top spot :x

12.3 will do me. That's waiting on reaction for the lights to go green rather than anticipating and with a slightly dirty ball (on the mouse
