mortgage firms/broker?

any one can recomend me a mortgage lender or broker, which can offer me a mortgage on a auction property, however the property is a commercial property?

Try www.mortgagesforbusiness.co.uk - my wife works there and they can probably help with this (having just spoken with my wife). Call 01732 471600 and ask to speak to Richard Turnball (not in until Tuesday though) or Marylen Edwards - both are very helpful (just say Debbie's husband Russell put you in touch and they'll be gentle
