Calling Mortgage people......help needed!
I am wanting to buy a property costing £215k.
I need to get a mortgage, and it will have to be of the self-certified variety.....question is, how much(or little!) deposit can I get away with?.....
I have been told that a min of 15% will be needed, but when I have bought in the past I have only had to put down 10%......
Can anyone with expertise in this field please pm/email me please. Cheers.

Not too much in the way of content as I don't know your circumstances but may point you in the right direction if you require self certification from a High Street lender.
