How much will the toll routes cost me, going via Lille, Antwerp, Eindhoven, Essen to Holzmnden.
Anyone fancy a lift to navigate as I'll probably end up in Italy!!

You may be having a drama with space so here go's.
If your going via Calais head north west to (E40)Dunkerque, then Nieuwport then head for Oostende still E40, Gent, E17 Antwerp then E34 Eindhoven then across to Venlo route 40 all the way to Essen. All the roads are free spent nealy 20 years doing that route, top run. Cheap fuel just inside Belgium border too. Most fuel places are 24 hr, most sell beer and Frankie Vaughn (pukka stuff, no blanked out bits). The Belgiums expect you to pay on the spot fine's for speeding there and then or impound time, Cloggies are tasty too. The Cloggies go across the border to fill up, it's cheaper. Enjoy. Send you address and I'll send you a map. Tranny Vans don't count. More fuel at Wankum and Nettatal (8km south) in Germany.Wankum is a place and the spelling is correct (W=V in Boxhead), top picture for you mates, Tee Hee!
