Hi,

trying to setup an online merchant account for mobile phone sales.

Part of our distance selling guidelines is that we have to conduct a CV2 check and a AVS check.

Ideally what I'm after is merchant account and payment mechanism with integrated CV2 and AVS checks.

If anybody can suggest somewhere than can either provide the full solution or just the CV2/AVS checking facility that'd be great
