How Does It Do That?
How does my PC know which day the clocks will change?
And would it be totally lost if the clocks remained the same at some time in the future?

I was wondering the same thing myself.
Isn't it about time (arf arf) that this changing the clocks mularky was put to an end. I thought there was some talk about this at one time.

What I mean is it has a look up table of rules for daylight saving. Not just for the UK but for everywhere else in the world that uses it.

Question is - why have daylight saving time at all? I know why it was introduced but shouldn't this have been phased out eons ago?

Because the cowardly scots - you know, men with frocks - are terrified of the dark!!
Thats why we ALL have to suffer!!
I say, tell them to become real men ..... stop wearing skirts and get used to the spookies of the night!
