I've just bought a K700i from e-bay.
The phone was locked to Orange but I've had it unlocked - however.

The Orange graphics are still all over the phone, but more importantly to me, there are some features that Orange block that I'd like unblocked.

I've heard that I can get the phone 'cleaned', if so how?

How much can it cost, and is there anyway I can do the procedure myself (say, by downloading the correct software?)

you'll need a firmware update.... try searching google for one

You need a SE engineer to flash the firmware and return the phone to standard SE spec, as opposed to the Orange branded shoite!

I've had a K700i since november, it has a master re-set, maybe that would work?
