If a company askes you to go and do a psychometric test ( ) what is the defalt dresscode? casual/formal?

Obviously a job interview is assumed to be formal, thus shirt/suit etc, I don't believe this is an interview however..

I'd always dress smartly, whether it's classed as an interview or not. Gives a good impression all the way through then

Wear the clothes you would be expected to wear in the workplace, If it's an office job wear a suit at all parts of the interview process I would say. Lets them see that you look the part and would fit in at their workplace.

Try slaters for a suit, they are quite good and have a good price range, generally get a good deal there, should be a store near you.
