Wireless TV / Video / CD / DVD
Does anyone do this sort of stuff yet?
The sooner the better I say, its a pain in the **** when you have good equipment and then 36 miles of cable to route around the back and try to loose behind glass stands etc.

Agreed. We just took delivery of a new tv, dvd, surround sound etc but fortunately the glass stand wasn't delivered at the same time (was promised it in a couple of days). Once we'd got it all assembled on the old stand we realised that we'd never be able to hide all the cabling behind the new stand so rang up and cancelled it. We then bought a nice wooden unit instead which hides it all
And don't even get me started on Scart leads...

even more galling is when you see all the trendy modern 'city living' adverts in the glossy What Hi-Fi etc with all the plasma's, surround speakers, hi-fi, amps all with NO cables plugged into them
Show a picture with it all cabled up and it would look like a rats nest!

Yeah, I really hate that. You can buy ribbon scart leads which are easier to tidy....but it's still and ****.
Though a few months ago, one of our suppliers (IT stuff) showed us a projector that only needs a power lead....everything else is wireless.
Was magic!
