After suffering a very painful stiff kneck, you know the one that hurts when you turn your head to one side, for a couple of weeks, tonight I decided to go to a Chinese chiropractor.
I was a little sceptical before the appointment but no longer !!
To be honest it was, at times, very painful/uncomfortable and he made every joint in my body crack like a geriatric horse.
I walked out of the place feeling like new, no pain no stiffness, fantastic.
I can recommend that treatment to anyone with similar probs or even just to get everything re-aligned.
I did check that he was licensed and he also came recommended by a friend.
Best 15 quid I've spent in a long time.
Anyone else had the same??
