licence plate search
Is it true that you can search on the net with a number plate and actually find out info about the car and the owner etc etc.
i have seen this mentioned on here before but cannot really see this being true

If you go onto the RAC's website www.rac.co.uk and register on the 'my rac' section, you can input a number plate and most times it will tell you what it is on. Not foolproof though
