If it was a sim free 'phone, go to your the operator's website and download the right software, usually sent via a message. I had to do this with O2 after buying a phone from jaycee

Thanks but what exactly do I need to download?
I did buy the phone Sim Free and it is O2 unlocked who is my current provider.
I just need help with what I need to set up in order to receive ring tones etc..

On my 6230 on 02,i have a option that is called 02 just under organiser
Press select and it sends a text you then receive a text with the seyyings which you just save and off you go
