Hospitals are filthy.....
....1000s are dieing because they contract diseases having been admitted to the wards.
But none of this matters of course. Oh no. The big news is......
yes!!! there's been a Gay-friendly award for an NHS trust:

I think that most of the extra money they say they are putting into the NHS goes towards the Trusts for extra administrative people and bigger salaries.
During my stay in hospital last year it was obvious that the money was not being spent in the Wards areas, they all looked seedy and below par. The staff at the sharp end were outstanding and worked as hard as they could to overcome the inbuilt disadvantages. There was no doubt they were doing the job for the sake of it and out of personal pride in it. Could not praise them enough.

The NHS is a joke and has undoubtedly got a lot worse under Labour.
Any why should there be awards for the queer lot anyway, whats next? The ethic minority NHS awards I suppose.

Maybe employing homos will help the cleanliness and hygene within the wards, as I cant imagine a gayboy touching anything dirty, unless it has a hole and some hair.
