haven't got round to getting a bluetooth thingy but I used the IR adaptor I had already and then switched on IR activation. Then send files to phone from PC . There is EasyStudio that you can get from the samsung website but it looks as painful as the nokia sync programs so I didn't bother!

I've downloaded all the programs from samungmobile.com and bought a data cable but my pc doesnt recognise the phone when I plug it in?? Should I have got a software CD with the phone??

Pete - look at my post above Its on the samsung website, www.samsung.co.uk Go to the D500 phone and then the download centre!!
Easy Studio is what you want, the PIM & File manager is part of this. I don't have a data cable and, as far as I could see, there isn't one for the D500??
