...how many of us are prepared to admit to crying at a movie?

Or perhaps a particular record that gives you a lump in the throat?

I'll admit to both of 'em.

Anyone else?

no music springs to mind, but I "got something in my eye" when I watched The Iron Giant.

Rambo, first blood, now that was a sad movie. Could bring any grown man to tears.

And i cried at Titanic, at the end, when that old chick threw away a perfectly good diamond!

The one that used to get me was "The Sword in the Stone" (Disney one) - theres a bit where the boy is turned into a squirrel then he meets a girl squirrel in some trees, and they play for a bit - but then he turns back into a boy and the girl squirrel gets all upset and doesnt understand whats going on. Doesnt sound too drastic now, but when I was a kid it was upsetting!

Cheer up ! Rumour has it that if you watch frame by frame, after the blades go through the soft top the Aston is substituted for a Lancia of some sort before being shoved off the cliff. Apparantly the steering wheel is on the wrong side as it goes over.

Got to say never ever been even remotely close to crying at a film as an adult.......... until I saw " A knights tale" at the flicks.

The bit where he's reunited with his blind dad made me well up.

Seen the film a few times now, and it still gets me everytime

On a serious note "If I could turn back the hands of time" brings back some memories which cause me to well up.

Fahrenheit 9/11 when it showed the documentary footage of a 2-year old kid with a massive shrapnel wound to his arm, and when they were slinging the corpses on the back of the pickup truck.

Never cried at a film. When Goose dies in Top Gun it chokes me up though

Cried listening to 'you are my sunshine' when I had to find it for my Aunties funeral last year.
