Hi All

I don't fancy being rolled over by Ticketmaster or similar for ~£20 booking fee on 5 tickets; seen as I'm in Manchester tomorrow anyway, can I buy tickets at the Apollo itself (during the day/early evening) or is there a local shop that do them? Tried Googling but all I get is online ticket agents.

In Sheffield there's an indie record shop that do Sheffield venue tickets for 50p per transaction, for example; any Mancs know what the local equivalent is?

£20 seems a lot. Normally for gigs they're about £5 but hey. Try seetickets (although probably the same).

Sometimes the venue sell tickets but find out who's promoting the event. Sometimes the promotor sells tickets direct.

Cheers Dracoro. Seetickets are a bit better but it's still ~£13. The gig is Doves on April 7th, how do I find out who the promotor is?
