how do send money western uniion?

To my understanding, you are trying to send some money over to Thailand.Western Union offices are all over the place in UK and abroad. In UK at Lunn Polly and other travel agents. You need to go in your local Lunn Polly branch and make the transfer at their Western Union counter. They should tell you where WU branch is in Patong.Inform the receiver where to pick money from.Job done! Apperently cash takes 10 mins to shift but i have noticed that with time difference and all, a day or two it realistically takes. You can shift money from your bank account to theirs but i have found Western Union pretty reasonable.

Pretty much. it's called a wire transfer and you;ll need to know the details of the bank account in Thailand. Depends on Bank, but can take 1-3 days to appear in the account.
You'll also need to ask what the bank charges will be i.e. admin fee, sales commission and exchange rate.
I'm trying to transfer money to Alaska and just working out whether to do a wire transfer or just pay the amount by CC.
