cla Conjugated linoleic acid anyone ever used it
been told to use this instead coz its safe and natural instead of hgh growth hormone
supposed to reduce fat and blood fat cleaning arteries and also increasing muscle mass, u get it at all health shops etc

cla is not an alternative to growth hormone. they are COMPLETELY different things!
for one thing, only extremely advanced bodybuilders should be using growth hormone, as it's one of the few substances where the sides are non-reversable. additionally, for best effects, you need to run it very long term (6 months plus), inject it several times a day and run it alongside anabolics. this works out extremely (thousands or more) expensive.
cla however, is a fatty acid. this is beneficial to most anyone. it is omega-6 however - and in reality most people's diets already have too high of an omega-6 to omega-3 ratio... so increasing omega-6 without getting extra omega-3 supplementation is not ideal.
is it worth taking? yes, if your diet is low in omega-6 fats and you want to increase them and are prepared to pay the premium for cla.
