wholewheat or organic pasta
if trying to have a calorie controlled diet
which should one have
i know WW has complex carbs
however it has about double cals. extra fat
whilst OP has low cal but simple carbs.
also is there any tactic when using a saucepan to cook WW rice
without it sticking

organic probably has a 1% more simple carbs and 1% less fat. calories will be more or less the same.
if you're dieting, pasta is not one of the best foods to have, unless you're having extremely small quantities with little/no sauce.
whole-wheat would be a better choice imo.

Beat me to it milo!
Organic just refers to the farming methods used to produce the item concerned, wheat in this case.
The wholewheat just means that the flour has not had all the husks sifted out and so it has more fibre in it.
You can have organic (or non-organic) wholewheat or plain flour. The organic stuff is usually in a little section all on its own in tesco and costs a fair bit more but you have the knowledge that pesticides and other chemicals were not used in its production.

among other things, the macronutrients don't even add up.
consider the organic one:
14g protein + 60g carbs + 3g fat. that equals 323 calories, NOT 131 calories
